By using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Committment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) strategies, I help my clients learn how to tolerate unpleasant emotions and learn new coping tools to self-regulate emotions that will help them move toward their values and create the life they want.


I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, eating disorders, substance abuse and trauma in children, adolescents and adults. I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing a safe that encourages personal growth and healing for individuals, couples and families.
