I'm here to support

you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a National Certified Counselor, and a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist. I'm also certified as an EMDR therapist and have dedicated over 20 years of my life to working with individuals and families who are committed to change unhealthy behavioral patterns and release negative perceptions that keep them stuck in their lives and relationships.

By providing an opportunity for honest expression of thoughts and feelings, I allow people to be real, to connect with their deepest emotions, to heal, grow and make meaningful changes in their lives. I provide services that span from therapy for depression and grief counseling to parenting support, eating disorders counseling, couples counseling and struggles associated to trauma and substance abuse. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients individual needs to help attain the personal growth they’re striving for.

I'm passionate about human behavior and how our minds influence the way we feel and act, our relationships and the decisions we make. I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing a safe and authentic environment that promotes personal growth and healing for individuals, couples and families.

By using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) strategies, I help my clients learn new coping tools to self-regulate emotions and cope with life in life’s terms finding solutions to their struggles and moving towards the life they want to create.

My ultimate goal is to help you find a higher purpose, fulfill your greatest potential and find the courage to live it fully!

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

"Carolina has a great way of connecting to parents and children and helping with situations.  She’s very calm, a good communicator, has a great presence and she is responsive to questions in between sessions.  Our daughter recently hit adolescence, and our sweet child started being rude, defiant and acting out.  Carolina has connected with our 12 year old daughter and helped us with communications, setting boundaries, and creating consequences for actions that create positive changes.  Carolina was recommended to me by two friends and I recommend her for any parenting issues or issues your child may be experiencing."
